REPLAY: DOJ's new ADA "guidance" & Dept of Ed shenanigans

On Wednesday, March 19, the Department of Justice issued new “guidance” that rescinded 11 policies regarding enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). They claimed this was to address the “cost-of-living crisis”, but is that really the case?

We explore some of the history behind disability rights legislation and what is has historically signaled when a government and society fail to protect those need support the most.

Also, we another EO from the White House, this one officially announcing their intent to dismantle the Department of Education. This will impact numerous services, from Pell Grants, to Head Start, to student loans, to equitable access to education. It will also signal higher property taxes for you, whether you utilize the public school system or not!
